1. Who we are

Globall (the “App”) is operated by Marcel Campa, a sole proprietor based in the European Union (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at marcel@stelynx.com.

2. What data we collect

We do not collect payment information — the App is free and contains no purchases.

4. Who your data is visible to

Your display name, badge, and score are shown to other signed-in users on the global leaderboard. Your predictions become visible to your friends only after a match has kicked off; before that they are private to you. Your email, push tokens, friend code, and friend requests are never shown to other users. Reports you make or that concern you are visible only to us, never to other players.

5. Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and App Check) to host and run the App, and Apple and Google to provide sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf as processors. See Firebase’s privacy information, Apple’s privacy policy, and Google’s privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, predictions, friend connections, and notification tokens. Aggregate, non-identifying data (such as anonymous pick tallies) may be retained. Backups and analytics records expire on a rolling basis. We keep reports for as long as needed to moderate the App. If your account is blocked, it cannot be deleted in the App and we retain its data while the block stands; you can ask us to delete a blocked account by emailing marcel@stelynx.com.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email marcel@stelynx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the profile screen in the App. This removes your personal data as described in section 7. A blocked account is the one exception — it cannot be deleted in the App; email us to request its deletion.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Access to your data is controlled by authentication and server-side security rules, and protected in transit by encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App.
