These Terms govern your use of the Globall mobile app (the “App”), operated by Marcel Campa, a sole proprietor based in the European Union (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Globall is a free game in which you predict the outcomes of football matches, earn points for correct predictions, connect with friends, and compare standings on leaderboards. The App is provided for entertainment only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football association, governing body, or tournament organiser, and it does not involve real-money betting, wagering, or prizes.
You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You choose your display name once when you create your account, and it cannot be changed afterwards in the App, so choose carefully. The display name you choose is shown to other users on leaderboards, so do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes another’s rights. Other players can report a display name they consider inappropriate, and we may review reports and act on them as described in “Blocking and termination” below.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your display name and predictions). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the App — for example, to show your name and score on leaderboards and your predictions to your friends after kickoff.
The App is free to use and contains no purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
We aim to keep the App available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Match data, fixtures, and results may be incomplete or delayed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that predictions, scores, or rankings are accurate or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the profile screen. We may suspend, block, or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
In particular, if your display name is inappropriate we may block your account. Misuse of the reporting feature — for example submitting false, malicious, or repeated bad-faith reports — is itself a breach of these Terms and may lead us to block the reporting account. While an account is blocked it is removed from all leaderboards, it can no longer make predictions or use other features, and it cannot be deleted from within the App. If you believe a block was a mistake, or you want a blocked account and its data deleted, contact us at marcel@stelynx.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
